Gently insert a toothpick into one end of each Red Rope, leaving some of the toothpick exposed.
Gently insert a heart-shaped gummy into the exposed end of the toothpick.
Insert a Red Rope into each side of the brownie, creating the appearance of an arrow shooting through the center.
Gently pipe the pink frosting onto the surface of each brownie heart.
Add sprinkles on top. Enjoy!
