Sour Punch Tropical Chia Pudding Parfait Recipe
With Sour Punch Tropical Bites
What You'll Need:
- 2 cups almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped peaches or mangos
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup chopped kiwi fruit
- 1 bag Sour Punch Tropical Bites
Instructions
In a large bowl, add almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Whisk ingredients together.
Cover and set chia pudding in the refrigerator to thicken for 2 hours (or overnight).
Spoon the chia pudding into glasses, layered with the chopped fresh fruit and Sour
Punch Tropical Bites.
