Sour Punch Funnel Cake Recipe

What You'll Need:

  • SOUR PUNCH Assorted Bites
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup Milk
  • Vegetable oil
  • Powdered Sugar

Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Whisking together all wet and dry ingredients for funnel cakes

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix together the eggs, milk and sugar.

Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

Prepare Batter and Oil

Place the batter into a piping bag and cut a hole in the tip. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or deep fryer.

Funnel cake topped with Sour Punch Assorted Bites and powdered sugar

Cook and Enjoy

When the oil is hot, pipe batter into the oil in circular motions.
Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place on a cooling rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
