With Red Vines Grape Licorice Twists

Easter Bunny Chow Recipe with Red Vines Grape Licorice Twists

What You'll Need:

  • (1) 9-oz box of Chex cereal
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or white melting wafers*
  • ¼ cup butter*
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped Red Vines Grape Licorice Twists
  • 1 cup pastel jordan almonds
  • *Note: This recipe can be made with dairy or dairy-free ingredients

Add Cereal to Bowl

Add chex cereal to a large serving bowl. Set aside.

Add white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl.

Add Butter

Add butter to the same microwave-safe bowl.

Add Vanilla Extract

Add vanilla extract to the same microwave-safe bowl. 

Melt Together

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between, until melted through. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

Combine the Cereal and White Chocolate Mixture

Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently stir to coat the cereal. It’s OK if there are some uncovered sections.

Add Powdered Sugar to a Large Bag

A plastic bag or paper bag will both work great.

Add Cereal to Bag

Transfer the coated cereal to the ziplock bag/brown paper bag. Shake to evenly coat all of the cereal with powdered sugar.

Gently Toss Together

Shake to evenly coat all of the cereal with powdered sugar.

10  Transfer Cereal to Baking Sheet and Add Almonds

Transfer cereal to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add pastel jordan almonds.

11 Add Chopped Red Vines Grape Twists

Add chopped Red Vines Grape Licorice Twists. Mix together.
