Sour Punch Sugar Cookie Pizza Recipe
Pizza meets cookie, meets Sour Punch Rad Reds, meets fresh fruit?! Yep, this Sugar Cookie Pizza recipe has it all! Snack along the way while creating your own super simple summer dessert (that is just as delicious ANY time of year)!
What You'll Need:

- ½ cup butter or vegan butter, softened
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk or non-dairy milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and ¾ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
TOPPINGS:
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 1 bag Rad Reds Sour Punch Bites
- 1 cup mixed fruit of choice (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, or watermelon)

Step 1
Add Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 12-inch pizza pan (or cover with a piece of parchment paper).
In a large bowl, add butter.

Using a spatula or large spoon, transfer the dough mixture to your oiled or parchment paper-covered pizza pan.

Spread the cookie dough across the pizza pan, forming an 8-inch circle. Make sure to leave at least 2 inches of space around the edges, as the dough will spread while baking.
