Sour Punch Blue Lemonade Iceberg Float Recipe
Using Sour Punch Wild Bites Candy
What You'll Need:
- 2 8-oz. packages of Sour Punch Wild Bites Narwhal Shapes
- ½ cup water, divided
- 2 cups lemonade
- 2 cups diet lemon-lime soda
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Melt Narwhal Sour Punch Wild Bites
Set aside a handful of Sour Punch® Wild Bites Narwhal Shapes for topping your icebergs.
Combine the remaining Narwhals with a splash of water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Stir continuously to prevent the candy from sticking to the pan, adding more water, up to ½ cup, as necessary until melted.
Turn off the heat and scoop the melted Narwhals into a bowl.
Blend and Strain
Add the lemonade and melted Narwhals to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl and pour the mixture through to catch any little pieces.
Combine and Stir
Pour the blue lemonade into a pitcher followed by the lemon/lime soda and stir to combine.
Top and Serve
Pour the sparkling blue lemonade into four glasses and top each with a scoop of ice cream.
Stick a few Narwhals into the ice cream and serve with a straw.
