To nominate a friend, please make your nominations in the comments section of Facebook posts during the allotted time. Please write a few sentences about why you think your friend is deserving, but please be considerate and not share personal or embarrassing information.
American Licorice (“Sponsor”) may take down or remove any posts or nominations that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, are in bad taste, sensitive, embarrassing, or otherwise not in the spirit of this Giveaway. The giveaway runs from November 13th, 2020 to November 30th, 2020. Nominators grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the nominations in all media. Sponsor will select winners based on nominations and in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to select as many winners or as few winners as it determines in its sole discretion.
Prize consists of four quarterly shipments of various candy. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family and persons living in the same household are not eligible to nominate or win. No purchase necessary.
