Terms & Conditions

5. The Red Vines Sampling Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years old or older at the time of entry. For those who are under the age of majority in their state or district of residence at the time of entry, the entrant shall be the parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child who is under the age of majority. Entrants who do not meet these eligibility requirements will not be eligible to participate. Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Sponsor, its advertising or promotion agencies, subsidiaries or affiliates, agents or agencies, are not eligible to enter or win this Contest. Approximate retail value of the sample is $20.

7. Agreement to Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Red Vines Sampling Program constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Red Vines Sampling Program. Being selected as a recipient is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

9. How to Enter. To participate in the Red Vines Sampling Program, respond to the participation verification email by selecting the "Yes I want samples" option to be entered into a random drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including its determination in its sole discretion that an Entry fails to satisfy any requirements. Participants will be selected on May 19, 2021. Only one entry per person.

11. Data Collection. Information collected in connection with the Red Vines Sampling Program on will be administered by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which may be viewed at www.americanlicorice.com/privacy-policy.

13. Selection of Participants. All eligible entries will be entered into a random drawing to determine which participants will receive candy samples. All participants are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

15. Notification of Participants. Selected participants will be notified via email. If you fail to respond within five business days, you forfeit your sample.
